Details of Palmfood® Palm oil
Fat made from 100% refined palm oil.
Its recommended areas of use are gastronomy, confectionery and baking.
Due to its favorable properties, it is preferred to be used instead of other vegetable oils or to replace butter and margarine.
Thanks to its fatty acid composition, it is less prone to rancidity. With proper storage, it will not have an aftertaste or unpleasant smell even after a long time.
